Content is King

One reason that pre-made template will never fit your needs 100% of the time is that they were built around someone else's content. Design should ideally start after you have an outline and enough copy for the user to understand why they are on that page. It doesn't have to be perfect at first, edit the copy and give Google something else to crawl when they come back the second time!
